Rich Leffler is the President, CEO, and Senior Instructor of AxSellerated Development, LLC, a mortgage consulting firm dedicated to assisting others achieve personal and professional success. In addition to being a charismatic, captivating, and sought-after personal success coach, instructor, and speaker, Rich is responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing training curriculums affording new mortgage loan originators and those considering a career in mortgage lending with the fundamental skills necessary to originate successfully and compliantly. Rich possesses a natural ability to effectively help others get out of their own way in order to achieve their personal dreams, actualize their true passions and callings, and secure professional success. Rich genuinely enjoys assisting mortgage professionals increase their productivity and maximize their professional confidence through compliance, sales, customer service, communication, referral generation, and pipeline management coaching. He is the published author and creator of the “Mortgage 101 Boot Camp©”, the NMLS Exam Prep Webinar “Maximizing Your Success,” and the book “Insider Basics for the First-Time Home Buyer!.©” Prior to founding AxSellerated Development in 2014, Rich was a sought-after SAFE Exam Prep Instructor, a high-numbers mortgage producer with and Wachovia Mortgage Corporation and, before that, with M&T Mortgage Corporation (two-year consecutive Chairman’s Club inductee). Rich’s multi-decade mortgage industry tenure has also included Mortgage Customer Service and Research. His pathway into SAFE exam preparation began in 2006 when he developed a passion for creating and instructing real estate courses. This eventually led to instructing NMLS pre-licensing and continuing education and generalized mortgage training. Rich is a contributing author to the Scotsman Guide and a former instructor and subject matter expert for Fannie Mae and ICE Mortgage Technology (f/k/a AllRegs). Rich is an alumnus of the State University of New York at Buffalo having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication along with a Certificate in Public Relations and Advertising. He currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina.
