Refunds & Returns Policy

All AxSellerated Development, LLC purchases of books, SAFE Test Content Flashcards, and training videos are final. Refunds for NMLS Exam Prep Tutoring Sessions, an NMLS Readiness Assessment, Professional Mentoring, and Success Coaching will be issued in accordance with the Agreements presented and consented to prior to the purchaser’s commitment. Third-party products and services, purchased through https://safeexamtraining.com, are subject to the refund and return policies of the third-party service providers through whom those products and services are ultimately purchased.

PRACTICE EXAM PLAN 100% SAFE EXAM PASS GUARANTEE REFUND TERMS

The term, “user,” as referenced in the following, refers to any purchaser of an AxSellerated Development SAFE Practice Exam Plan.

Refunds to honor our 100% SAFE Exam Pass Guarantee require satisfaction of all of the following:

• Any request for a refund must be received no later than one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the practice exam plan’s original purchase;
• The user must have fully completed and passed all eight practice exams, in both timed and untimed modes;
• Proof of the SAFE exam’s failure must be provided to us by e-mailing a copy of the user’s SAFE exam results received at the SAFE exam’s completion, along with the user’s name and mailing address, to: info@axsdevelopment.com, with the subject line: Practice Exam Refund Request.  This request must be received no later than five (5) calendar days from the date of the user’s most recent exam failure.  Exam results may also be faxed to 800-884-5366;
• All refund request submissions are subject to AxSellerated Development’s review and investigation.  AxSellerated Development reserves the right to request additional information when necessary;
• All validated refunds will be processed and mailed to the user in the form of a check within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the user’s SAFE exam results report;
• This guarantee only applies to the first SAFE exam taken after purchasing the practice exam plan and only applies to the most recent plan purchased before failing the aforementioned SAFE exam;
• A user who fails his or her SAFE exam and continues to use the practice exam plan, in any capacity, voids this guarantee;
• In the event of a credit card dispute or charge back involving a matter that does not meet the specific terms of this guarantee, the user agrees to compensate AxSellerated Development for the amount of the disputed/charged back fee along with any costs associated with defending against the dispute/charge back, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, court fees, administrative fees, and charge back fees;
• The 100% SAFE Exam Pass Guarantee does not apply to users who only purchased the Mortgage Math Practice Exam Plan; and
• The maximum amount of the refund is $99 for the Basic Plan, $124.99 for the Silver Plan, and $149.99 for the Gold, Platinum, and Deluxe Platinum Plans.  If a coupon code was used during the original purchase, the eligible amount to be refunded will be based on the amount paid considering the discount received.
