I’ve actually know Rich since Kindergarten, but felt like should leave a review.  Rich helped me on a mortgage for friends for a home purchase that fell through.   Rich was as present, strong in focus as I remembered him in school growing up.  Rich ran for class president and although he did not win (the most popular kid won) , I was impressed by Rich’s grassroots and down to earth approach to everything anyone talked about. I highly recommend Rich Leffler for anyone preparing for the NMLS exam. I took the course thru a different company, but met Rich thru a tutoring program.  Great guy, very knowledgeable, focused, and professional and also human. I can’t thank my tutor, Rich Leffler, enough! After failing my exam twice, I was feeling discouraged and unsure if I could ever pass. Rich was my last resource, and the best decision I could have made. Over the course of six sessions, he provided incredible support, encouragement, and clear explanations that made even the most complicated topics easy to understand. He helped me prioritize the most important aspects of the exam, kept me focused, and gave me the strategies I needed to study effectively. Rich never let me give up. He constantly reminded me that I could pass and that he would make sure I was ready this time. His teaching style is patient, motivating, and highly effective. Rich provided a great assistance throughout the NMLS course with onlineed, ZOOM calls were a great opportunity to ask questions and he was even helping me through emails after the course while I was preparing for the state exam.
